How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders average 1-3 business days to process, but can be delayed longer if there is abnormally high sales volume. Keep an eye out for an email with an attached tracking code in your inbox!
Once shipped, please anticipate your order to arrive within 5-12 business days.
What is the return policy?
Yes! Within 30 days of delivery, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your CuddleCare Products please let us know, as we will coordinate the process to return your item.
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn or missing major contents may be denied a return.
The CuddleCare Team will gladly provide support and warranty for goods received damaged or defective.
If the item is received in the above conditions, we will promptly issue a refund, which can take 5-10 business days to process.

What is the process if I receive a damage or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong CuddleCare order, please contact our dedicated customer service team immediately at and provide a photo/video of the damage. We will promptly address the situation and either send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange.
